Terms of Service

By accessing RepLedger you agree to these terms. RepLedger is operated by Grid Theory, LLC. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

You're responsible for the accuracy of information you submit, for safeguarding your credentials, and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or that we have reason to believe are fraudulent.

You must be 18+ and legally able to form a contract. Reps must be U.S.-based for V1; international support TBA.

RepLedger relies on documents and counter-signatures to verify rep claims. We exercise reasonable care but do not guarantee perfect accuracy. Disputed entries follow our published dispute process. Knowingly false submissions can result in permanent account loss.

What another user sees of a rep's ledger depends on the viewer's tier and the rep's settings. We don't sell rep data to data brokers. Authorized companies (Manager / Enterprise tiers) see additional fields per the published tier matrix.

Pro and Manager tiers bill via Apple In-App Purchase on iOS, governed by Apple's standard EULA. Enterprise billing is via Stripe with a separate written agreement. Refunds for IAP follow Apple's policy; we do not issue direct refunds for IAP.

• No scraping, reverse engineering, or automated bulk extraction beyond documented APIs.
• No abusive behavior toward other users or our staff.
• No use of RepLedger to discriminate in violation of applicable employment law.
• No SMS abuse — all outbound messaging respects TCPA opt-out.

RepLedger, the wordmark, and the platform are property of Grid Theory, LLC. You retain ownership of content you submit; you grant us a license to display and process it within the platform per these terms and the privacy policy.

RepLedger is provided "as is" without warranty. Hiring decisions made using RepLedger remain the responsibility of the hiring party.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of RepLedger is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100 if you are a free-tier user.

You may close your account anytime from settings. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Verification records and audit logs may be retained per our compliance schedule even after closure.

Utah law governs these terms. Disputes are resolved in the state and federal courts in Salt Lake County, Utah.
