Privacy Policy

RepLedger is operated by Grid Theory, LLC ("RepLedger," "we," "our"), headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA. Contact: hello@repledger.ai.

To verify identity, build a rep's record, and let companies discover them, we collect:

• Account info — email, phone, password (hashed), authentication identifiers from Firebase, Apple, or Google.
• Identity verification artifacts — government ID image, pay stubs (stored in encrypted object storage; deleted on retention schedule).
• Employment + sales history you provide or that a counter-signing employer attests to.
• Device / app analytics — limited to crash reports and feature usage in aggregate.

• To run the rep verification process and maintain the ledger.
• To allow employers and other authorized parties to view records under our tier-gated visibility model.
• To resolve disputes, investigate flags, and enforce our terms.
• To send transactional messages (account, OTP, billing). We do not send marketing SMS to opted-out numbers.

We do not sell personal data. We share only with:

• Service providers under contract (cloud hosting, payment processing, SMS, email) on a need-to-know basis.
• Authorized companies viewing a rep's ledger entry, scoped by the rep's tier and consent.
• Law enforcement when legally compelled.

• Reply STOP to any RepLedger SMS to opt out (TCPA-compliant).
• Request data export or deletion at hello@repledger.ai. We honor CCPA, GDPR, and similar requests.
• Update or remove fields on your rep card from the iOS app.

Data in transit is TLS 1.3. Verification documents and rep PII at rest are encrypted via AWS-managed keys. Admin operations are gated by Google Workspace SSO + TOTP MFA and audit-logged.

RepLedger is not directed at users under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
